The Engineer Hevrin Khalaf, Secretary General of Future Syria Party, from al Malikiya city in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was reportedly killed on October 12, 2019, on the road of Tal Abyad- Ein Eisa in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
