A video was published on October 12, 2019, showing members of Ahrar al Sharqiah faction (a faction of the Syrian National Army) shot fire and executed an individual- seems to be a civilian person- on the road of Tal Abyad- Ein Eisa in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
