The child Huthayfa Razzaq al Mehyes, from al Boukamal city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, age 13, was shot dead by a stray bullet in Abu Hamam town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on April 11, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
