Ragheb Nassar al Salman and Msa’ed Khleif al Ghabra were killed in the explosion of a landmine in al Boukhater neighborhood in Hajin city in Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, on April 11, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
