Saleh al Rajab, from Hloul village in Sahl al Rouj area in Idlib governorate western suburbs, was arrested by gunmen of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham on April 11, 2019, in a raid on his house in Hloul village and taken to an undisclosed location.
