On November 2, 2024, the body of a man, identified as Adnan Shahima from Izaz city in northern rural Aleppo governorate who worked as an olive trees guard, was found bearing gunshot wounds by the locals on the road connecting Nadda village and Izaz city in northern Aleppo governorate. The area is under the control of the Syrian National Army (SNA).
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) has not yet been able to identify Adnan’s killers as of this writing, with the controlling forces bearing responsibility for identifying his killers.
