The girl Khetam Hasan al Abdullah, from Hama governorate, resident of al Rashedeen Camp for IDPs in northwestern Raqqa city, aged 2, suffered from Meningitis and died on June 3, 2022, due to the lack of medical care, which is under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces.

SNHR condemns the controlling forces lack of care for the welfare of residents in its areas of control. 

The controlling forces are responsible for the incident and should launch an investigation to identify the wrongdoings and hold the individuals responsible accountable.
