A man from al Boukamal city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, named as Amer Muhammad al Nayef, was shot dead by Syrian regime forces personnel in al Sayyal village which is administratively a part of al Boukamal city on December 6, 2020.
SNHR notes that the regime has committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
