Samer Ismail al Rahil, a college student at Faculty of Arts in Euphrates University in Hasaka city, from al Aziziya neighborhood in Hasaka city, was arrested on March 4, 2020, by Syrian Democratic forces as he was passing a checkpoint in al Tabaqa city in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate and was taken to an undisclosed location.
