The brothers Abdullah and Ahmad Ali Hussein al Askar, from Mghala Kabira village which is adminstrativley a part of Ma’dan city in the eastern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, were killed in a shooting by unknown gunmen in Badiya of al Bouhamad village in the eastern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on March 7, 2020. SNHR still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
