The death of a civilian in the explosion of an unknown- source landmine in Sarmin city in Idlib suburbs, on March 5

Abdul Qader Abdul Hadi Mahloul, from Sarmin city in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, died on March 5, 2020, dut to wounds sustained on February 28, 2020, in the explosion of  unknown- source landmine in the outskirts of Sarmon city. SNHR still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
