The engineer Rateb Othman Salah al Jabawi, born in 1073, has a bachelor degree on medical equipment engineering, a former head of the local council in Jasem city in the northwestern suburbs of Daraa governorate, from Jasem city, was arrested on September 12, 2018, by Syrian regime forces in Jasem city.
