Ahmad Sheghri, Alaa Hawwash, Osama al Hussein and Ali Qaiqouni, members of Civil Defense, were injured as Syrian- Russian Alliance forces fired surface- to surface missile on Bkafla village, known as al Nahr al Abyad area, located in north of Jisr al Shoghour city in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, as they arrived to aid the injured of previous shelling on the village by the same forces, on November 27, 2019. Additionally, an ambulance and two vehicles of Civil Defense were partially damaged in the same shelling.
