SNHR: the victims’ toll of massacre in Tal Halaf village, which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, rose to at least 16 civilians, including three children and two women, in the explosion of a car bomb in the village, on November 26, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
