The death of two civilians in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Slouk town in Raqqa, on October 23

The child Mohammad Yasin al Ismail al Sandih, age 13, was killed along with the child Saddam Khalil Yasin al Musa, age 14, in the explosion of car bomb in Slouk town in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on October 23, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
