The brothers Bashar and Ismail Ibrahim al Ali, from Raqqa city, were killed in a shooting by gunmen in Sahamiyet al Hous village in the eastern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on October 23, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
