Isam Mohammad Qashash, from Aleppo city, his corpse was found with signs of gunshots in Kafr Dael village in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate on October 22, 2019. We note that Isam was lost 20 days ago. Kafr Dael village is under a joint control of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and factions from armed opposition while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
