Abdo Faisal Habibou and Fadi Dyab, from Khan Sheikhoun city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, were killed in a shooting by gunmen against their car on the road linking Ein Eisa town and al Tabaqa city in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on September 9, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
