The media activist Ahmad Rahhal, a reporter at el Dorar al Shamia network and other media parties, from Mhambel town in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, was arrested on September 11, 2019, by members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham in a raid on his house in Idlib city and taken to an undisclosed location.
