SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles in front of Sham Central Hospital in west of Kafranbel city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, partially destroying its building and damaging its sections and equipment. The hospital went out of service, on May 11, 2019.
