Musa Eisa al Ibrahim, from Sfuhun village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, born in 1990, was arrested by Syrian regime forces in September 2011, in a raid on his house in Sfuhun village. On April 9, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
