Abdullah Tayseer al Hamwiya, a college student at Computer Technology Institute in Hama city, from Kafr Zita city in Hama governorate northern suburbs, born in 1998, was arrested on July 27, 2018, by Syrian regime forces in a raid on his residence in Hama city. On April 8, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
