Mohammad Samir Kwaider, from Tadmur city in Homs governorate eastern suburbs, born in 1981, arrested on March 21, 2012, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Damascus city. On November 17, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
