SNHR: members of Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces opened fire on al Zera’a Primary School, during the school time, in al Qahawi neighborhood in Abu Hamam town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, spreading panic and fear among the students and partially damaging the school building, on November 18, 2018.
