A man, named as Salah Jseis al Msalmeh, was shot dead on July 14, 2021, when Syrian regimes’ military security forces opened fire randomly in al Manshiya neighborhood in Daraa al Balad area in Daraa city.
The neighborhood is controlled by Syrian regime forces. SNHR notes that these forces have committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
