The body of a man from Darat Ezza city in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate, named as Abdul Qader al Hellou, was discovered by local families on the road linking al Dana city and Termanin village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate on March 29, 2021, bearing signs of wounds inflicted by gunshots and burning.
Although the SNHR is unable to identify the party responsible for this civilian’s killing, the area is under the joint control of factions from the Armed Opposition and Hay’at Tharir al Sham. Despite the controlling forces bearing responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity, they have not launched any investigation which increases the suspicion of their involvement in the killing.
