A man from Raqqa city, named as Ahmad al Najm, died on March 29, 2021, due to wounds inflicted on March 26, 2021, in a shooting by Syrian National Army personnel in Slouk town in the northern suburbs of the governorate.
SNHR notes that the Syrian National Army has committed another violation of international humanitarian law through this killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
