The three-year-old girl Leen Omar al Masri and her mother Hanin Emad al Zughbi from Kherbet Ghazala town in the eastern suburbs of Daraa governorate were both kidnapped by unknown gunmen in al Sabil neighborhood in Daraa city on June 4, 2020 where they were taken to an undisclosed location.
SNHR has been unable to identify the party responsible for their kidnapping up to the time of writing and condemns all operations of kidnapping and arbitrary arrest.
