SNHR: February 28, 2020, families and members of Civil Defense found four corpses (two children and their parents) in Balyoun village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate. SNHR finds that they were killed in the past two days in a bombing by Syrian- Russian alliance forces on the outskirt of the village while they were displaced. As of this writing, we are unable to determine the exact time of their deaths.
