The children brothers Ghaid and Majd Mustafa al Qadah, from Kafranbel city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, were killed as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on the southern outskirts of Idlib city, on February 27, 2020.
