SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on an ambulance of Idlib Emergency System affiliated with “Free” Idlib Health directorate while it was passing near Qmainas crossing road in al Kurneish al Sharqi area in the eastern outskirts of Idlib city, killing three paramedics and burning the ambulance. As a result, the ambulance went out of service, on February 6, 2020.
