Kamal Farid al Rumman, from Inkhel city in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate, was arrested on February 5, 2020, by Syrian regime forces while he was working in al Qnayya village in the northern suburbs of Daraa governorate and was taken to an undisclosed location.
