Abdul Rahman al Khalaf al Ali, from Debsi Faraj village which is administratively a part of al Tabaqa city in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, born in 1992, was arrested in 2017, by Syrian regime forces. On January 27, 2020, his family was informed that he is registered as dead in Civil Registry on September 16, 2019, probably due to torture in a detention center.
