SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on al Nour Mosque in Bazabour village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, partially destroying its building and severely damaging its furniture, on January 27, 2020. We note that the mosque was attacked earlier by Syrian regime air forces on December 21, 2019.
