Mrs. Rouzin Abdul Rahman Malak, from al Qameshli city in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, born in 1998, was killed by a stray bullet near the market of al Qameshli city, on December 30, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
