SNHR: at least seven civilians, including three children (one male and two females) and two women, most of whom are from the same family were killed as Syrian regime fixed- wing warplanes fired missiles on Zahret Talmennes area in Talmennes town in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on December 17, 2019.
