Mazen al Harami, monitoring and evaluation officer of “We’am” Program in Raqqa city, from Raqqa city, was born in 1984, was arrested on December 17, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces from al Nour Street in Raqqa city while he was heading to his workplace and was taken to an undisclosed location. We note that Mazen was arrested earlier on November 6, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces and was released on December 5, 2019.
