Ismail al Badrani and Ahmad al Jamili, from Ein al Arous village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, were arrested on November 14, 2019, by members of Peace Spring’s forces affiliated of the Syrian National Army, in a raid on their houses in Ein al Arous village and were taken to an undisclosed location.
