Munir Ali al Hasan al Hammadi and Ahmad Hamid al Jasem, from Hatla village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, were arrested on November 21, 2019, by Syrian regime forces in a raid on their houses in Hatla village and were taken to an undisclosed location.
