SNHR: a car bomb exploded near al Ali Bajeliya Primary School located in the main Street in al Ali Bajeliya village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, partially damaging its building and furniture, on November 17, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
