Ziad Wahbi, a former fighter of faction from armed opposition, from Harasta city in Eastern Ghouta in east of Damascus suburbs governorate, was arrested in 2018, by Syrian regime forces in Harasta city. Ziad was among people agreed on a settlement earlier. On November 15, 2019, his family was informed that he is registered as dead in Civil Registry probably due to torture in a detention center.
