Video clips that we note they went viral on November 15, 2019, showing operations of severe torture to death to which the Syrian citizen Mohammad Taha al Ismail was subjected by gunmen talking Russian. As if it wasn’t enough, the gunmen disfigured the corpse and burnt it. We note that Mohammad Taha al Ismail, from al Kharita village in the western suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, was arrested in 2017, by Syrian regime forces at Syrian- Lebanon borders as he turned back from Lebanon to Syrian and was taken for conscription. Then, as he tried to dissent and flee, he was captured by the gunmen who are likely to be affiliated with Russian mercenaries and not of Russian forces. Mohammad was identified through lacked video by his family.
