Saeed Mahmoud Sukkar was killed in a random shooting by law enforcement personnel affiliated with factions from armed opposition in al Bab city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate, on November 17, 2019, while a protest took place in the city to hold perpetrators of the explosion accountable as the explosion resulted in a massacre on November 16, 2019.
