SNHR: a car bomb exploded near al Jabri Bakery located in the local market in Slouk town which is administratively a part of the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, partially destroying its building. As a result, the bakery went out of service, on November 10, 2019. We still try to contact with witnesses and survivors for more details on the incident.
