SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian carried out successive strikes using missiles on Jabal al Zaweya Court- which is affiliated with Syrian Salvation Government- located between Farkya and Shnan villages in Jabal al Zaweya in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, completely destroying the external section of the court and severely damaging its equipment, on November 13, 2019.
