SNHR: fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired missiles on Youth toward the Future Center in al Fattira village in the southern suburbs of Idlib suburbs, partially destroying its building and damaging its furniture, on October 31. We note that the center went of service for more than five months due to military escalation of Syrian- Russian Alliance in the fourth de-escalation zone.
