The child Eisa Hajji Eisa al Masto, from al Jarniya village in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, age 9, his corpse was found with signs of gunshots near Thulth Kharab village in the western suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on November 4, 2019. Thulth Kharab village is controlled by Syrian Democratic forces while we are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
