The death of a civilian on Oct 27, due to wounds sustained in a shelling by Syrian regime on al Janoudiya town in Idlib

Ammar Alikou, from al Janoudiya town in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, died on October 27, 2019, due to wounds sustained on October 24, in a shelling in Syrian regime forces missile launcher on al Hal Market in the middle of al Janoudiya town, causing a massacre.
