Naser al Aaraj, director of the interior office of the Union of Syrian Coordinations around the World, from Hass village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, was arrested on October 27, 2019. by members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham in Idlib city and taken to an undisclosed location.
