Ilyas Mohammad al Amin, from Theyban town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed in a shooting by gunmen while he was on the public road in al Hawayej village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, on October 14, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
